Fiat Bravo-Powerful Small Car
Fiat Bravo is Fiat’s newest addition to the small car segment in India.But don’t be fooled by the segment in which it is coming.Though a small car,it will cost you 17-18 lakhs making this hatchback the most expensive small car in the market.But then the Bravo will offer you an immense power of 150bhp@4000 rpm and covers 0-100 kph in under 9 seconds.Now that’s raw power for you.Whats behind this power? Well,the Bravo is powered by a 1900 cc ,4 cylinder 16 valve turbo charged multi jet engine.The maximum torque offered by the Bravo will be 305Nm @2000 rpm.This 5 door hatchback will seat 5 people and will have a boot space of 365 lts.The car will give you a decent 14kmpl mileage in cities and 11kmpl on the highways.
The Bravo has a luxurious interior to go with its dynamic exterior looks. For the safety and comfort,it will have climate controlled ACs,power windows,ABS,central locking and 4 air bags.
The price being on thee higher side,one cant help from saying that the Bravo is being launched not to generate big car sales but to create a strong brand image.So this might just be the beginning of Fiat launching an array of cars in the small car segments in the not too distant future.Hope that Fiat will price those cars on the lower side.
