Hyundai has recently been the manufacturer that has been making big gains in the Indian Market. After the successful launch of the i10 and i20,Hyundai is bringing a new model of its Hyundai Elantra but rechristened as the Hyundai Avante. The Hyundai Elantra was not well received in India.Maybe, that has something to do with the new name.

The Hyundai Avante is expected to be launched in both Petrol and Deisel. The Petrol model will be powered by a 1591cc DOHC CVVT engine which will generate maximum power of 118 Bhp at 6200 rpm with maximum torque of 156 Nm at 4200 rpm. The Diesel variant will be powered by a 1582 cc CRDi engine which generates maximum power of 115 Bhp at 4000 rpm with maximum torque of 260 Nm at 1900 rpm. The car will feature either a 5 speed manual gear transmission or a 6 speed automatic transmission.
The car is still much more than just a change in name.It boasts of an impressive exterior styling . It is a more spacious sedan model than its previous model, seating five passengers and has great storage space .The interior too is spacious as well as stylish. All the more, the car seems to be a more stylish and more spacious version of the Elantra.

Smooth riding and responsive handling is what is promised by Hyundai. The car will feature advanced safety features like the ABS with EBD and 6 airbags(Dual-Front+side curtain+side impact airbags) .Hyundai alos offers you with the option of going with electronic stability control on the Hyundai Avante.Add to this impressive “Comfort and Convenience” features and an expected price of Rs. 10.50 lakhs, the Hyundai Avante is a car worth waiting for as it offers good value for money in our opinion.
