Star,Star 3G,Beat DJ-Affordable touch screen phones from Samsung
The full touch screen phones are going to come at affordable prices.At least that’s what the launch of three fully touch phones,Star Star 3g and BEAT DJ,by Samsung suggest.
Samsung Star will come in a slim and compact body and yet comes with almost all features you would expect.It is a full touchscreen phone with WQVGA screen with mobile widgets and accerelometer.You have google applications like the Gmail and Google maps pre loaded in it.It also comes with a 3.2 MP camera with smile recognition technology.As part of making the phone “intelligent”,Samsung has also included the gesture control technology in the Star.So all you need to make to call is to tell the phone some commands.Cool…right??And then you have a virtual QWERTY keyboard to make your typing easier.All these and more at just Rs.11,000.I cant wait to get my hands on this one!!!
The Star 3G has ver similar looks and features as the Star.and you will get full internet browsing support and is 3G enabled.Price :Rs.15,000..A 3 G phone at that price.I’ll take it.
The BEAT DJ is a full touch music phone.It comes with the much reputed Band & Olufsen audio technology.It also has a 3.2 MP camera with geotagging,smile detection and more.You will be able to playback DivX,XviD and MP4 formats on this music phone.And include built in stereo speakers to this,you have a complete music phone.It should sure give some stiff competition to Sony Erricson’s Walkman series.

It really seems that Samsung is all out to take over the touch screen numero uno in the Indian markets.
